(1) The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and declare any part or place of the country where there is sufficient potential and opportunity for industrial development as an industrial village, industrial cluster, industrial zone, special economic zone or industrial corridor.
(2) Uchyog villages, industrial clusters, industrial zones, special economic zones or industrial corridors declared in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be provided with the services, facilities and concessions enjoyed by other industries in accordance with this Act and prevailing laws.
